Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned Government Order issued by the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.No.28, Social Welfare and Nutritious Noon Meal Programme Department dated 05.09.2020 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to conduct selection to the post of Noon Meal Organizer/Organizer and Cook in Private Aided Schools by adopting the method of selection involving participation of School Management and in compliance to other legal requirements.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Government Order issued by the respondent No.2 in G.O.Ms.No.28, Social Welfare and 2/4

Nutritious Noon Meal Programme Department, dated 05.09.2020 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the very same impugned Government Order has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court and hence, nothing survives in this Writ petition.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
