Contemnor/Respondent PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent/contemnor for his wilful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 25.07.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.16292 of 2018 under Contempt of Courts Act.

Prayer in WP(MD). 16292/ 2018 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to issue the patta to the petitioners land in survey No.684 / 6 situated at Sankarankovil Taluk, Panaiyur Village to the total extent of 3808 sq.feet based on her representation dated 08/02/2018.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 25.07.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.16292 of 2018.

2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of this contention, he has produced a copy of the order in %.K.vz;.m8/4382/2018, dated 23.10.2018, whereby the request of the petitioner has been rejected. By relying upon the said order, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, in view of the said compliance, the present contempt petition can be disposed of.
