Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2016 and to survey and to fix the boundary line for petitioner's property in Survey Nos. 28/2, 28/2A, 28/2B, 28/2C, 28/2D measuring to an extent of 1.21.00 Acres at Vijayakarisalkulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2016 and to survey and to fix the boundary line for petitioner's property in Survey Nos. 28/2, 28/2A, 28/2B, 28/2C, 28/2D measuring to an extent of 1.21.00 Acres at Vijayakarisalkulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard both sides.

3. Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider the said representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
