PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to initiate appropriate enquiry and ensure safe and security to the petitioner's life strength of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.11.2020 according to law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner to enter the Trust property.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.15718 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021, wherein, the similar prayer was sought in the above petition and this Court permitted the petitioner to enter the Trust along with another Sannyasi. 3.In this view of the matter, the petitioner has already obtained order in his favour to enter the Trust property and he has also agreed to go with Sannyasi and there is no need to give police protection to the petitioner to enter the Trust in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
