Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to constructing Government Primary Health Center at Pallapatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindugal District, with 108 Ambulance facility within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to construct a Government Primary Health Centre at Pallapatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District with 108 Ambulance facility, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner is a resident of Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and in Pallapatti Village there is no Government Primary Health Centre. Under the said circumstances a representation has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been given to the concerned authorities on 14.08.2015. But no action has been taken and therefore the present writ petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein. 3.Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, has taken notice for the respondents.

4.Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition and also considering the fact that a representation has been given by the petitioner on 14.08.2015, this Court is of the view to direct the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner and take appropriate action. With the above observation, this writ petition is liable to be disposed of. 5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondents are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 14.08.2015 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and take appropriate action so as to construct Government Primary Health Centre at Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, with all facilities, within a period of six months.
