O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) in his school with back-wages from 15.09.2015. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

into the merits of the matter, 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
