ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8620 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 29.04.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Pudukottai, Trichy on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
