ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey her land comprised in Survey No.319/2A8B with an extent of 50 cents situated in Mullipadi Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering her application dated 05.05.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Prithviraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled by her grandfather in favour of her father under registered settlement deed dated 21.05.1996. The petitioner's father settled the subject property in favour of the petitioner under registered settlement deed dated 15.11.2024. The revenue records for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner. Based on the same, the petitioner submitted an online application on 05.05.2025 in application No.2025/0123/13/ 011910, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025, seeking survey of the subject property and pass final orders on its own merits and in 3/6
accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owner and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
