The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.10.2016 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 03.10.2016 on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
