O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.202 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thisaiyanvilai Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2. The petitioners are the accused Nos.1 to 3 and the F.I.R. has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) of I.P.C. Now, to quash the same, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, now the police filed a negative final report and referred the matter as 'Mistake of Fact' and referred charge sheet notice also going to be given on the de-facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the fact that the investigation is over and the negative final report has been filed, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
