The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has since filed O.S.No.99 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram for declaration and consequential reliefs. The petitioner states that based on the outcome of the civil suit, she would submit a fresh application and work out her rights in the manner known to law.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
