O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.465 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020, pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation is completed and final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunveli. The charge sheet was taken cognizance in C.C.No.506 of 2021 and the case was posted to 15.11.2021 for the appearance of the accused.

3. Since the final report has been taken cognizance, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned for appropriate remedy.
