ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.2 of 2022 dated 26.01.2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul West in C.C.No.982 of 2022.

3. If the petitioners are aggrieved over the contents of the final report, they may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
