dispose of the case in S.C.No.27 of 2017 and S.C.No.184 of 2023 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

2. The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, has sent a letter in D.No.419/2025 dated 02.06.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.27 of 2017 and S.C.No.184 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.07.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.27 of 2017 and S.C.No.184 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
