The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant permission for opening of "Sri Angala Eswari Temple" situated at Elairampannai, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, by considering his representation dated 23.10.2020.
2.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, there was a dispute arose between the committee of the aforementioned Temple and third party who are no way connected with the Administration of temple. Due to that both parties lodged a complaint before the third respondent police and the same is pending. Thereafter, in the month of March, 2020, the Government has announced lock down through out the State, which resulted in closure of temple. Now the Government has relaxed the restrictions imposed against the general public. Before imposition of lock down the third respondent alone directed the petitioner for closure of temple and not to open the temple without his permission. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 23.10.2020 to the respondents, seeking permission to open the temple for performing daily poojas, but so far no action was taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
6.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.10.2020 and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the rival group, if any.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
