Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction or order in the nature of writ directing the Respondents A). To direct the Respondents to declare 12 Lakh eliminated members at the Respondent No.3 board as live members who were eliminated from the Respondent No.3 board without valid reasons and intimation and take immediate action to make them live members in order to provide Corona 2/6
relief measures to them and also to take appropriate action against the officials who were responsible for the elimination of 12 lakh members from the Respondent No.3 board.
B). To permit the workers to submit their application for renewal in the Respondent No.3 and 4 boards either through in person post or authorised representatives till streamlining the process of online renewal as directed by the Madras High Court-Madurai Bench in its interim order in W.P(MD)No.6612 of 2020, dated 06.08.2020 and provide corona relief measures to them in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
C) To direct the respondents to provide corona relief measures to all registered workers irrespective of renewal in the third respondent Board as directed by the Madras High Court-Madurai Bench in its interim order on 06.08.2020 against W.P(MD)No.6612 of 2020 that "it is once again pointed out by this Court as long as the workers who were registered and not renewed remain on the roles". D) To direct the respondents to take steps to provide corona relief measures as per the norms of the government to the remaining eligible renewalled workers those who have not received so far in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 3/6
