Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned check slip in Refusal Number RFL/ Joint-I Sub Registrar Karaikudi 2/2023 and Notification No.2/2023 dated 23.06.2023 of the respondent and quash the same and direct the respondent to register the sale deed in P/28/2023 dated 02.06.2023 filed by the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Writ Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08.11.2023 and upon perusing the letter received from the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai in D.No.443/2024 dated 22.01.2024 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in IA.No.6/2023 in O.S.No.61/2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order:
This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.
2. By an order dated 08.11.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in IA filed by the second respondent within a period of two months from 2/3
the date of receipt of that order.
3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.443 dated 22.01.2024 with a request of two months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 08.11.2023 made in WP(MD)No.16686 of 2023.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended till 30.04.2024 to comply with the order dated 08.11.2023, without any further delay.
