O R D E R
The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Bank to furnish the account statement and other relevant details pertaining to Savings Bank Account Nos. 447252745 and 35527 held by the petitioner's deceased husband and not to disburse the amount lying in the said accounts to any person without the consent of all the legal heirs of the petitioner's deceased husband.
2.Mr. R.Gowrishankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, accepted notice and, on instructions, submitted that the account statement of the petitioner's deceased husband would be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that the amount lying in the account of the petitioner's deceased husband would not be disbursed to any person without the consent of all the legal heirs of the deceased. The said submission is placed on record. 2/4
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.There shall be no order as to costs.
