Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1423 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.116 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.9848 of 2023 has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report is made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.
