Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
2. The summon impugned in this writ petition has already been quashed by me vide Order dated 11.08.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.18071 of 2022 ( Kasinathan V. The District Registrar, Thanjavur and Others ). In the light of the aforesaid decision, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
