ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to measure and mark the boundaries of the land situated in Survey Nos. 627/1821, 627/2044 and 627/2046 in Sivagiri Village Area II, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering her representation dated 14.10.2024.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.PR.Boomeerajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property. She submitted a representation on 14.10.2024 seeking survey of the property. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced any documents to substantiate her right over the subject property and her relationship with the erstwhile Zamin. Hence, the representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered. It is also submitted that in the above mentioned survey numbers, Government property is also situated. 5.In view of the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to submit the documents to substantiate her claim over the subject property and her relationship with the erstwhile Zamin, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of the said documents, the fourth respondent shall consider the representation submitted by the

petitioner, in the light of the documents produced and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of twelve weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
