ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 380 I.P.C, in Crime No180 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.06.2023, the petitioner along with other had stolen the cell phone belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Further, the co-accused were released on bail by the trial Court dated 27.06.2023.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in three previous cases, which are similar nature in Crime Nos.77/2022, 207/2020 and 190/2020.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the bad 2/3
