ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the lands of the petitioner, situated in Old Survey No.84/1, New Survey No. 148/16, at Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, by considering his application dated 20.07.2021 and the representation dated 16.08.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the application submitted the petitioner has already been considered and a decision has been taken and the same will be conveyed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to convey the decision taken on the application submitted by the petitioner on 20.07.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
