RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police once in 15 days as made in Crl MP(MD) 10104/2022 in Crl OP(MD) No.12782/2022 dated 29.08.2022 in connection with Crime No.208/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadipatti Police Station, Madurai District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S PALANI VELAYUTHAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.10104 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12782 of 2022 on 29.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9921 of 2023 charge sheet was filed before the concerned trial Court. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.10104 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12782 of 2022 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
