O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.339 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506 (i) and 427 of I.P.C.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and charge sheet is ready and the police are going to file the same before the trial Court, today. The same is recorded.

3. Since the very purpose of filing this petition to quash the FIR has already been defeated on account of completion of investigation, cause does not survive for the petitioner to continue this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
