ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police has not complied with the order dated 17.05.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, in Cr.M.P.No.2341 of 2024 filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., has approached this Court.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that pursuant to the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.292 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 329(4), 296(2), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS 2023.
