ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the third respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.93 of 2022 dated 14.05.2022 on the file of the third respondent police and file a final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 12.08.2022 as 'Mistake of Fact' and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
