ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after receiving the complaint, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner gave a statement that he will resolve the issue before the concerned Court. Therefore, the respondent police closed the complaint. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition stands closed.
