Respondents PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent No.3 to withdraw the investigation against the accused person namely Vishnupriya in Cr.No.489 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.3 Police Station and transfer the same to the respondent No.2.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.3 to withdraw the investigation against the accused person viz., Vishnupriya in Cr.No.489 of 2021, on the file of the respondent No.3 Police Station and transfer the same to the respondent No.2. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after registration of FIR in Crime No. 489 of 2021, entire investigation has been transferred from the file of SS Colony Police Station to CCB, Madurai City and the investigation is pending. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
