Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent Tahsildar, Tiruchendur to depute concerned Surveyor to Survey petitioner's property in Survey No.20/25C Sethukkuvaithan Village Tiruchendur Taluk as per the petitioner's representations dated 15.03.2016 and 21.4.2016 at an early date. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to depute concerned Surveyor to Survey petitioner's property in Survey No.20/25C Sethukkuvaithan Village Tiruchendur Taluk as per the petitioner's representations dated 15.03.2016 and 21.04.2016 at an early date.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider the said representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.03.2016 and 21.04.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing of the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
