Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S VETRIVEL.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11868 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as non-refundable deposit.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 37 previous cases at his credit. Only on that ground, the said condition was imposed against him. 3.From the above, there is no reason to modify the above said order. Let the petitioner be comply the order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
