The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2016 and take necessary action to pay the compensation to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this honble Court.

3. Needless to say that it is for the third respondent to consider the said representation after giving opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
