Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's son had passed away recently. In this regard, the petitioner's wife had given a complaint and the same was registered as Crime No.252 of 2021 on the file of Sholavandan police station. The petitioner had appeared before the third respondent and had given his statement also.

3. The third respondent shall investigate and file final report as early as possible. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
