ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to transfer the case in Cr.No.10 of 2024 from the file of the respondent Police to some other investigating agency. The grievance of the petitioner is that his complaint, which was registered in Cr.No.10 of 2024 has not reached its finality.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by relying an earlier order passed by this Court dated 29.07.2024 in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 11914 of 2024 submits that the respondent Police has assured that they would file the final report within a period of three months and recording the said submission, this Court closed the earlier petition. Even then, the respondent Police has not concluded the investigation and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file the present petition seeking transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent Police has completed the 2/4

investigation, however, they have failed to file the final report.
