ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.13025 of 2017, dated 17.11.2022, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels for the respondents, that the order of this Court had been complied with.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing on either side, reporting compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4. However, it is made clear that the respondents shall ensure that the land is free from encroachment and whenever 2/4

encroachment is reported or seen, it may be open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for appropriate action and the respondents may also consider such representation and take action to prevent further encroachments.
