Side) PRAYER :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023, to modify the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9476 of 2026, dated 02.06.2026 by directing the petitioner to sign before the jurisdictional police station at Chennai, namely T16, Nazarethpet Police Station instead of the respondent police station.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9476 of 2026, dated 02.06.2026 by directing the petitioner to sign before the jurisdictional police station at Chennai, namely T16, Nazarethpet Police Station instead of the respondent police station.

2.By the order dated 02.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9476 of 2026, this Court imposed condition, which reads as follows: "6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days, and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation." 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not comply the above said condition even for a single day. 4.In view of the above said submission this court is not inclined to modify the above said condition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
