This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action as against the respondent Nos.4 to 9 on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks four weeks time to complete the enquiry.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.2022 and to complete the enquiry and take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2 / 4
