Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and MR.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10001 of 2023 on 08.06.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant would submit that even after granting the above said anticipatory bail to the petitioner, he is making trouble to the defacto complainant.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the defacto complainant, if it is so, let the defacto complainant file a fresh complaint against the petitioner before the competent Police Officer.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10001 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 18/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
