ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No. 27 of 2019, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police, after completing the investigation, filed a final report, dated 25.01.2021 as 'further action dropped' and that RCS notice was also served on the second respondent. He has also produced the copy of the final report before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
