ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in Spl.SC.No.18 of 2023, on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur District.

2.Though the matter was listed today under the caption "for reporting compromise", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the trial Court, trial is almost over and pending for the examination of Investigation Officer alone. Hence, prays to direct the trial Court to complete the trial process within the stipulated time. 3.In view of the above, the learned Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur District is hereby directed to complete the trial process in Spl.SC.No.18 of 2023 within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
