Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the 3rd respondent dated 04.04.2015 for granting approval of the post of the petitioner as graduate teacher in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 16.10.2007 within a time frame.

Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the 3rd respondent dated 04.04.2015, for granting approval for the post of the petitioner as graduate teacher in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 16.10.2007 within a time frame.

3.By consent of both sides this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4.Though the petitioner has sought for mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation of the 3rd respondent dated 04.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner himself has submitted that a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 04.04.2015 and the copy of the same is filed in the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition and if the said representation is considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and passed orders on merits in accordance with law, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.Heard Mr.A.K.Basarapandian, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, who would submit that there is no proof to show that the petitioner also submitted a representation on 04.04.2015.

6.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner herein as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the said representation dated 04.04.2015 along with a copy of this order from the petitioner.
