[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 03.12.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.25448 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and an order was passed on 17.06.2025 and the same was also communicated to the counsel on record for the petitioner and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruppuvanam, dated 17.06.2025, before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
