Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue 33 pass to transport 270 wooden log measuring 120 cubic meter and 30 pass to transport 1150 cubic meter wood, with 3 days interval to each pass to transport the said wooden log from the Survey No.347, at Mehamalai Village, Andipatty Taluk, Theni District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2016 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
