ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 & A1, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.05.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 109 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.153 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the victim/husband loved each other and got married. Therefore, the defacto complainant's family members attacked the victim, abused him using filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the present case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persona and have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, the petitioners are ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in custody from 02.05.2025. Hence, he seeks bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners attacked the victim using Aruval and caused severe head injury. Still the victim is in coma stage. Therefore, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 2/3

5.
