under POCSO Act, Nagercoil, FAC of Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case S.C.No.83 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, has sent a letter in D.No.279/2025 dated 26.03.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.83 of 2019 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.04.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.83 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
