ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.310 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 118(1), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Therefore the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Special Court concerned to dispose of his bail application on the date of surrender.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions submits that two persons have suffered 2/4

grievous injury and one of them has sustained head injury also. He further submits that the arrested accused is still in custody. 3.Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the victims and the arrested accused is still in prison, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
