Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 6 herein to remove the illegal unauthorized construction made by the respondents 8 to 12 in Survey No.453/8, having extent of 10.75 cents situated at Pacode Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, in the light of the petitioner's representations dated 03.08.2020, 14.12.2020 and 20.09.2021 respectively within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Mr.S.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner would pursue the civil suit in O.S.No.120 of 2015 filed by her against the respondents 8 and 11.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to prosecute the civil suit in accordance with law. No costs.
