This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Act cases), Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He has been duly identified by M/s.S.Tamizharasi, WHC 3548 attached to Tallakulam All Women Police Station, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 04.08.2021. It shall form part of this order. The impugned proceedings are quashed.
