ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 37 of 2016, pending on the file of the first respondent in respect of the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation completed in Crime No.37 of 2016, as early as, on 13.06.2020 and the charge sheet has been filed, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai. However, it was returned for certain complaints. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the first respondent is directed to re-present the final report, after compliance, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
