ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2026.

2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is with reference to the property tax assessment being to be changed in his name. The application is said to be pending. 3.The learned Government Standing Counsel would submit that if appropriate time is given, the same will be disposed of in the manner known to law.

4.In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:

(i)The representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2026 shall be taken up for enquiry due notice to the petitioner or any other persons interested shall be issued and after conducting of enquiry, orders in accordance with law shall be passed. The aforesaid excise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. No costs.
